With a passion for creativity and a focus on client satisfaction, we undertook an exciting project for logo design of "Jacksonville Yoga & Wellness," a studio nestled in the historical gold rush town of Jacksonville, in the picturesque mountains of southern Oregon.
Requirements
Our client sought a logo that went beyond clichés, capturing the essence of the town's history, rural charm, and the transformative energy of yoga. The request included a preference for purple and gold, or bold reds, oranges, and yellows. The logo was to reflect strength, confidence, growth, vitality, groundedness, and transformation while avoiding common yoga symbols.
The Design Process
Brand Research
We delved into the unique characteristics of Jacksonville, exploring its gold rush heritage, mountainous landscape, and rural charm. This thorough research laid the foundation for a logo that would authentically represent the town and the yoga studio.
Brainstorm
Our creative team engaged in an extensive brainstorming session to conceptualize ideas that aligned with the client's vision. We aimed to create a design that would stand out in the saturated yoga studio market
Sketching
The brainstorming ideas were translated into rough sketches, exploring various concepts. The emphasis was on avoiding clichés while incorporating elements that symbolize strength, growth, and transformation.
Vectorise
The selected sketches were then transformed into digital vectors, refining the details and ensuring a scalable and versatile design.
Present & Deliver
A preliminary design presentation allowed the client to provide feedback, ensuring that their vision was accurately captured in the evolving design.
