Job Description:

We are seeking an Junior CMS Developer with a strong passion for web development and extensive experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Wix, and Squarespace. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain high-quality web projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance, security, and aesthetics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both back-end and front-end development and be adept at creating and customizing themes, plugins, and apps across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom themes, plugins, and apps across WordPress, Shopify, Wix, and other CMS platforms.
• Customize and extend existing themes, plugins, and apps to meet client requirements.
• Build and manage Shopify stores, including handling product listings, payment gateways, and shipping configurations.
• Collaborate with designers and clients to translate design concepts into functional websites.
• Optimize website performance for speed, security, SEO, and scalability across all platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues promptly, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in web development and CMS platforms.

Requirements:

Experience:

• Proven work experience as a WordPress Developer with at least 3 years of experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Shopify and other CMS platforms.

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery.
• Experience with responsive design frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Experience with debugging tools and performance optimization techniques.

Other Skills:

• Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and a passion for quality.
